Yolanda Rodriguez is a Bolivian-American writer based in the greater Los Angeles area, crafting stories in the romance and YA genres. Her original pilot “Alex and the Four Shadows” was selected for the inaugural The Love List, highlighting the 24 best unproduced romance scripts of 2024.
She’s currently in development as a co-writer on the YA feature “The Remarkable Life of Isa S.” and the scripted audio drama “Tingle Town”—both Second Rounders at the Austin Film Festival.
In her free time, she co-hosts The Pemberley Podcast, where she discusses Jane Austen adaptations, and she is the co-writer of the short film Jane Austen Virtual Book Club, winner of the JASNA Young Filmmakers Contest.
